The customer can cancel his reservation completely free of charge
no later than 27th of August 2023

Cancellations received after this deadline will be subject to the payment of the full cost of the service.
The cancellation of the reservation must be made by following e-mail:

We reserve the right to cancel the tour if one or more of the following situations occur:

• Weather conditions not suitable/safe for carrying out activities at sea.
• Lack of physical conditions suitable for the safe conduct of activities at sea.
